Corporate policy

The Management of MARPORTSUNBEACH MALLORCA S.L. intends, through this document, to establish the guiding principles of our activity, always under a perspective of continuous improvement, legal compliance, professionalism and excellence in the services we provide (“Beach cleaning services”, “Operation of temporary beach facilities”, “Beach lifeguard and rescue services”, “Catering and restaurant services”, “Beach buoying and marking”).

Management establishes, as a commitment to the organization’s principles and the implemented reference standards, our Corporate Policy of the Integrated Management System, based on a series of fundamental principles of action treated as commitments:

With the aim of achieving the highest level of satisfaction among users and visitors, the company commits to establishing a principle of equal opportunities and therefore creating an accessible environment for all types of people, eliminating barriers, obstacles and limitations that could prevent the use and enjoyment of our services in offices, beaches and restaurant facilities.
Commitment to environmental protection and to minimizing the environmental impact of all our activities, preventing pollution in all cases. Specifically, we aim to minimize the generation of waste as well as the consumption of raw materials necessary to carry out our activity, always adopting the most economically viable alternatives and the best available technology. Likewise, we consider any other aspects related to the context of our organization, integrating sustainability and circular economy principles into our activities.
Continuous improvement in all activities within the scope and under the perspective of the applicable reference standards, through the establishment, maintenance, review and modification of objectives and goals related to quality, safety and health, as well as accessibility, with the purpose of complying with all applicable regulations and any other requirements subscribed to by the organization related to environmental impacts and the requirements derived from service delivery. In cases where no legislation exists, we will strive to establish corporate standards in order to achieve our general objective of improved corporate environmental performance.
Compliance with the DALCO requirements (Mobility, Grasping, Location and Communication) established in the UNE 170001 standard (in the specified facilities).
Continuous improvement regarding the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System, firmly supporting innovations that may arise and that are economically viable, taking into account that the use of offices and beaches must be accessible to all types of users.
Commitment to periodically evaluate users’ perception regarding the services provided by our company.
Commitment to the continuous and adequate training of company personnel involved in aspects of our Integrated Management System.
Commitment to eliminating hazards and reducing risks related to occupational safety and health, as well as providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and health deterioration.
Commitment to consultation and participation of employees.

All personnel are expected to perform their work in accordance with the company’s policy and objectives. Within our Group, dialogue will be maintained to ensure that personnel are aware of the Integrated Management Policy and participate in the continuous improvement and quality work at the workplace.

Comply with this policy and its objectives in order to be an environmentally responsible organization, actively improving environmental performance as well as occupational health and safety, in addition to the technical specifications of Quality Management for tourism-related services and the requirements derived from SICTED.
Provide the necessary resources to develop, implement and communicate this Corporate Policy to all interested parties.
Regularly review this policy and the objectives associated with it, considering improvements, suggestions and feasible demands from the different stakeholder groups.
